This video has examples of driving rhythms that generally equate to dynamic strumming of chords on the guitar, instead of the slower strums, finger-picking, and rhythmic instrumental riffs used for slower ballads.

When I started, I couldn’t find out how many turns I should wind the coils too, when making coils 6 times as long as guitar coils. So I built th “step coil” to make a test pickup to answer this and other questions, and see where this idea led.
